I am so distressed at reading these reviews as I am currently in the midst of a claim with Admiral in which I am feeling dumbfounded and thoroughly unsupported at present with the diabolical service I am currently receiving from Admiral and their repairers Auxillis, it has ruined my weekend!

From these past reviews, this process may go on for weeks/months without a resolve.

I have never been treated this way from previous insurance companies. I would never chose to use Admiral insurance again, ever to insure my vehicle.

Took travel insurance with company. Awful service. I guess this is what I get with taking out insurance with a cheap provider. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra for a company that will actually help.

Unfortunately, I have had to make a claim for the first time ever and it has been a terrible experience. The call handlers have told me different information… one example is that I don’t have to pay the excess and another example is that my settlement would be paid within 3-5 working days. These both turned out to be incorrect. I am still waiting for the payment and the incident happened over 6 weeks ago. I was told that they would follow up third party liability and I sent them all relevant information.. two weeks later I received an email asking for said information… meaning they hadn’t reviewed it, despite confirming that they had received it. Your insurance company are suppose to support you when things go wrong but all they have done is exacerbate my stress.

ADMIRAL INSURANCE Cancelled policy and they paid the refund onto someone else's old card. I rang and said I was told it would go back to my bank account from where the direct debit were paid. They refused to help. Useless call centre handlers in New Delhi. AVOID
