The customer servic is really bad i had twice experience speaking to the claim departs some of them are very rude and they dont know what they doing they should suck them for beimg rude and puttimg the phone down on purpose while still in way explain like some of them dont want to deal with it get ur service right!!!

Tried to discuss how I would go about renewing my home insurance policy and then moving house a month later. The fees to do so were more than the cost of the policy and the operator I dealt with was inflexible and extremely unhelpful so I have gone elsewhere with better customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Very Disappointed – Poor Repair & No Support After Claim Closed

I had an accident that wasn’t my fault, and Admiral handled my claim (Claim #2001158506). They arranged for my rear bumper to be repaired and gave me money to fix the battery and mirror myself.

Unfortunately, the garage they used did a poor job — the bumper is now falling off, and the car still looks damaged. I tried contacting Admiral multiple times to fix this issue, but no one is helping. They closed my case without properly resolving the problem, and this situation has seriously affected my health and caused me a lot of stress.

I no longer trust the garage they used, and I simply asked for a payment to repair the bumper myself at a reliable place. It’s frustrating to be ignored after paying for insurance and trusting them to help when needed.

Very disappointed and hoping someone from Admiral will finally take this seriously.
