I used Allan Jay Paine Limited for purchasing a property. I chose their services after researching local companies with high rankings and reading client reviews.

Before making my decision, I had contacted several other recommended companies. However, I was dissatisfied with how long it took them to provide a quote. What made me choose Allan Jay Paine Limited was their prompt response and punctuality- I received a quote within a day or two. Additionally, their pricing was much more reasonable compared to other offers I had obtained.

I was promptly advised on the necessary documents to submit. My purchase turned out to be quite challenging as it was privately arranged, and there was a lack of consistent communication with the vendor and their solicitor. The process dragged on for months, but Mr. Szeto (my assigned solicitor) handled everything with professionalism and patience. He was always available to answer my questions, and whenever I called the office, my call was promptly answered. I was never given false expectations regarding the completion process.

It was a long journey, but it was handled exceptionally well. I highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I just recently sold my flat— Mandy Bird was the solicitor. I could not be happier. I looked at several law firms. The best advice I got is this is one of the biggest transactions you will do in your life. Allan Jay Paine were competitively priced but on the slightly higher end. It’s 100% worth it— the level of knowledge that Mandy has, the speed at which she works is truly phenomenal. A bad solicitor can cost you your sale. For the sake of a few hundred pounds, it’s worth it. She was super prompt, even contacting me after hours one weekend. When things started to go wrong, she got it back on track. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Mandy and the whole team! A++ experience, I will now not use anyone else.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Allen Jay Paine were recommended to us by our estate agent and they didn't disappoint. They made it easy from initial instruction, their communication was second to none, and both our sale and purchase were a breeze!
I'm an ex-mortgage broker and I've seen hundreds of conveyancing solicitors in my time. Mandy Bird is the best I've come across and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and her team at Allan Jay Paine.
