I am not a client (yet) but I called a number of law firms to explain what I needed help with. Ivona called me back straight away and was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time talking through my situation. Unlike other firms who was only interested about getting instructed and charging a fee before hearing what I had to say.

hawa ariff be aware from her she just know how to take your money off, because she knows how desperate you are for help and after she take your money she complain nothing unless you lucky and it came from the home office,

Only one person should be explaining what is needed. Every time there’s always a different person calling me and speaking with me which is so confusing. And they all mislead and give incomplete information. And then they ask for extra money each time. I am very disappointed in their services. And in the end they would blame you to give incomplete information. They are Solicitors who should explain to you what paperwork is needed out from us and then they say it is general knowledge that I should already know and I should have provided it. I think they intentionally give you incomplete information and take more money for you and quote it as additional paperwork. Hawa the main is really nice in person but the other who work under her seems like they mislead.
