I recently sold my Good Luck Hope unit in Serapis House Canary wharf via the amazing help from Ruxandra of BR. As an overseas owner in a different time zone who was urgently trying to complete a sale; for the first time in the UK, I was totally relying on the professionalism of local legal to address all critical matters in a timely; precise and efficient manner.

I was initially assigned to someone else who departed the firm days after the retention and Ruxandra has truly stepped up; working tirelessly with me for the greater part of six weeks since May; we would interact multiple times a day to discuss / exchange any critical details to ensure turnaround time was a minimum. I have been kept abreast of the progress throughout with total transparency and would highly recommend anyone (local or otherwise) to seek help from BR especially Ruxandra herself , who along with Kailie have been true professionals throughout - a great pleasure working with both ladies!!
