Beware of this company , they told me I could get personal accident compensation from a car accident . I have followed there instructions given all my previous medical history (so nothing to hide on there all in black and white !) and after 3 years of so many delays from there side and wanting me to see so many consultants etc they have tried turning it all against me and asking me to pay back all my treatments for whiplash which I have got written on a report I had .
From someone who always trys there hardest to just servive this has not helped my mental health making me out and telling me I am a fraud and that my case wouldn't succeed in court and wants thousands of pounds back within 21 days !
I have requested for my sake a DSAR to retain all my data from day one !
I will also be complaining to the SRA and doesn't look like IV been the only one who has had to do it .

30304213 Was supposed to be paid out 5 months ago they asked for bank details with small print said payout within 6 weeks still nothing something fishy with this company

Was told in June they had been successful in my claim and it could take six weeks to receive my compensation. They are now not responding to me trying to contact them to ask where my compensation is.

EDIT: It is now December and there is still no sign of my compensation.
