I was involved in an RTC 16 months ago and instantly bott & co took on my case as a non fault claim
Around 11 months in they then told me that they were no longer going through with my claim as there was less than 50% chance of winning on my behalf.
They then contacted me a month later to tell me they have re-opened my case as the third party had admitted liability.
At 13 months they sent me a valuation of my claim and that the third party had X amount of days to come up with a settlement.
Now 16 months in and have come up with all sorts of excuses from closing my claim to now transferring me over to a more experienced solicitors to continue my claim.
All in all poor experience with bott & co, very little communication, you have to ring yourself to get any sort of answers. I would recommend searching around in future.

I signed up to multiple no win no fee claims for car finance agreements where it was believed the dealership may have earned commission on the deal for upselling finance.

It was easy to initiate the process.
There was a lack of communication but this was quickly corrected when I raised my concerns.

I was then emailed with an explanation that the claims were not worth pursuing and would be closed. A sound decision given the FCA delayed things further and some dealerships had already responded with: “Prove it.”

All was quiet and well until I received further communication that the claims were awaiting further response.

They had re-opened the claims without my authorisation and going against their previous commitments of dropping the claims.

I had cause to contact them again. I hope this is the last time I do. As in, upon their second confirmation that the claims have been closed with no charges to myself, that they do not decide to re-open them again.

It is a shame but dealerships are likely to get away with this finance scandal unlike diesel gate.

I felt the need to write this review to raise awareness and emphasise that they need to be better at communicating.

My lunchtime bike ride was cut short by a motorist cutting across me turning into a side road. I sustained a fractured shoulder and my carbon-fibre bike was wrecked along with my helmet. Tony Tierney and team dealt with my case with empathy, assuredness and efficiency. It helped that Tony is also a keen cyclist as he understood my eagerness to get back on my bike and how important this was for me. I received a favourable settlement due to Tony's expert negotiation enabling me to pursue enhanced rehabilitation meaning I was on my new bike within a few months! Thank you Tony and Bott and Co.

Third class service I’m waiting my compensation last 18 months no body is responding even I call so many time first off fall he not pick up the phone but when he pick up the phone he take your detail and put back on hold for long time and after drop your call very very unprofessional and third class service I never ever recommend this company
