Absolutely Outstanding from Start to Finish

I recently worked with BP Legal on both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. I was supported by Lucy Payne and Kiera McCourt, and their service was exceptional from day one.

This wasn’t a straightforward mortgage - it was a complex process and incredibly stressful at times. But Lucy and Kiera were completely on the ball, always one step ahead, and somehow managed to keep me calm throughout. As someone with a very impatient personality, the fact that I never once had to chase them was huge. They kept me informed at every single stage, which made all the difference.

They were professional, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with - no jargon, no delays, just real support from people who clearly care.

If you want legal support that combines expertise with genuine care, I couldn’t recommend BP Legal more. They were absolutely outstanding.

Disappointing from start to finish.
Took 6 months longer than it should have.
Responses once per week if ”lucky” and 9/10 that was once a follow up phone call had been made to the office.
Constantly told I had to post paperwork although I live within driving distances of the offices, I’m assuming it’s to delay?
Final bill came through and was almost £3,000 above what was originally quoted.
