WOW! This firm are definitely in a different league to the rest!
After our first experience with a different firm for our previous house purchase we were extremely hesitant when choosing who to use for our house purchase this time…..but WOW! The service the whole firm deliver is phenomenal but special thanks to Hannah Rafferty-Rowe, Teresa, Heidi and Carrie!
Nothing is too much trouble for them and the communication from everyone was OUTSTANDING! They gave us updates even if there wasn’t really any new information but during a stressful process just knowing they have chased up on searches or checked in with buyers solicitors gives you such peace of mind and as soon as they did have an update we were informed immediately.
A stand out to these guys as well when we did call up, no matter who answered the phone, they all know what is going on so you don’t have to explain everything which makes a huge difference when you’re making calls to everyone to check in/ give updates.
We started the process just before the stamp duty increase and despite the pressure they would’ve had from all their clients, their service was faultless throughout. I will be recommending Bramsdon and Childs to anyone looking for a solicitor as these guys have been brilliant!

Absolutely amazing service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Everything was smooth, I was kept in the loop all the time, recieving at least 1 email a week even if there was no new information, just to update me that they're still waiting and there is no update. Selling or buying a property is stressful and I don't think they could have made the experience any smoother. Megan and Michaela and the rest of the team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone 😀 I will be searching for my new home soon and already looking forward to working with them again.

Bramsdon & Childs, and Hannah Rafferty in particular, were excellent for my recent house sale.
It wasn't a straightforward transaction, yet Hannah remained focused and professional throughout, keeping us informed and explaining our options at every turn. Hannah was proactive at communicating, which I haven't always found to be true when dealing with solicitors in the past. If it hadn't been for Hannah and our excellent estate agent (Neil Thorpe from Nexa), I think the sale may have fallen through.
5 stars, would definitely recommend Hannah and Bramsdon & Childs.
