Totally agree with the last post.They said money paid to us for the recent sale of a property and even a letter to say paid into the bank after constant stalling and lies 2 weeks later it was paid into the bank.Very poor service altogether I'm sad to say

Absolutely top class. Chloe I dealt with first absolutely brilliant. Then James who was above and beyond and the expertise and knowledge was phenomenal. Lovely guy deserves a huge bonus for Christmas and promotion in the new year.

Don't pay their bills... Been owed £792 since May and refuse to pay.
Warning to others - Don't supply them with anything! Now going to have to take it legal, can you believe it!

I would never choose to use BJH for any legal work! It’s been the most unacceptable experience I have ever had dealing with solicitors.

Absolutely shocking communication throughout my experience.

Was unable get hold of anyone when I needed to speak with them as was told by receptionist that they weren’t at their desk…this was for every member of staff I asked for.

Shocking at replying to emails.

They even managed to mess up the final statement on completion so they owe me money. I am still waiting for a refund…it’s been 4weeks since my mortgage completed and they owe be just over £1000 because they messed up!

My 10year old daughter was even able to work out they were wrong.

Very quick to want paying when they want it by don’t want to give the money back.

I will update when I receive the funds…let’s see how long this takes them…

UPDATE!!
Within one day of posting the above (I would have done a new post but couldn’t remember how to 🙉🙈) after countless times to resolve the issue regarding the money BJH owed me which has taken the best part of 4weeks…they finally paid me!
