Brilliant solicitors who were very patient and professional handling my house move :)

EDIT TO UPDATE: no reserve fund was put into place when I purchased my property. So I had a lovely experience paying back the £250 to the sellers for their payment of services charges beyond property ownership (okay fine) but this would have covered the £167 demanded off of me from the property management company for the previous years budget increase, I hadn't been living there. So the seller got another £167 from me for free 🙂 wonderful when you're on a single income. The reason given by BRR law was that there was no reason to when they looked over the accounts 🤷🏻‍♀️, but as a just in case measure this small detail would have saved what is to me a great deal of money and could have been given back after 6 months if no longer required and when new invocies were issued.

Overall okay and pleasant on a day to day basis but small details are not really this solicitors game.
