Used Burrows solicitors for the sale of my mum‘s house after she moved into a care home Alexandra was great kept me informed all the way through and was always very helpful and willing to correspond when necessary would thoroughly recommend

Throughout our (somewhat complicated) remortgage, Katrina and the team at Burrows have been nothing short of excellent. Whenever I contacted them with a question or for clarification I received a very prompt and clear reply which allowed everything to run very smoothly. I would highly recommend using their services, and will be using them again in the future. Once again, a very big thank you to everyone on the team there, especially to Katrina!

I'm fortunately unable to recommend. I originally had Katrina as my solicitor, she was fantastic on the money with responding to emails and communication. However she had to take unexpected leave. Once this happened communication was extremely poor, when I called in they would speak down to me until they realised I was a client. The purchase of the house (the reason for the service I required) did not go ahead, I emailed to advise of this, not a peep from them. I've gone elsewhere. Very poor service.
