Your company, representing our landlord, threatened legal action against us for not maintaining our dwelling, when it was YOUR client, our landlord, who was at fault. Would never recommend your services. So unprofessional. You also used my personal email without my permission, so one wonders if Coles Miller understand the importance of data protection measures and only using people's contact details appropriately?

Thank you for your reply. I forgot to share your sharp practice, in my experience, of posting me a letter giving me two days notice to attend site! Disgraceful and your likely aim to intimidate me, failed, especially when I applied the same approach. So unprofessional.

I could never recommend Coles Miller to anyone needing any legal services and wouldn't be happy with them storing any of my personal data.

It is a pleasure to leave Coles Miller a 5-star review for their help with a recent property purchase. My son, a first-time buyer, had to navigate a lease extension, on top of the stress of purchasing his new home, and the team at Coles Miller could not have been more helpful or professional. Particular thanks go to Laura Bowie, who ensured that the purchase went ahead before Christmas, which was very important to my son.
