🙁 Quite shockingly bad. Made the whole legal process much more painful and expensive - even charged me for an email informing me that my solicitor was going on holiday for two weeks!

Definitely one to avoid as there are much cheaper and more efficient alternatives online.

Our family has used Copleys over the years, and I’m sorry to say they have been rather unhelpful.

We have since dealt with another solicitor at the other end of the high street who I have found to be far more pleasurable to deal with.
