Would never use them , found them to be very impersonal and cold in most communications . Toward to end I received an e.mail from them stating ;
That they had nothing on my behalf and that I should contact the Solicitor who acted for me previously .
Well , it was one of their Solicitors who acted for me previously , and the person who sent me this e.mail was the one who signed stating that they had my documents .
In total frustration I wrote to the Solicitor concerned , stating how unhappy I was with everything , it was not a nasty letter , just explaining everything , not even had a reply and this was sent about 7/8 weeks ago . Sad for them because they did not realise what other work was soon to be involved
I would have thought that if professional , some contact would have been made , but not even to admit they had made and error , I actually felt when I said I was collecting my documents from their office , someone would have been there to say sorry , but no Zippo
Now found another Solicitor who is 100% more helpful than this lot .
