Visited this awful solicitors quite a long time ago . Was sent there from Citizins Advise. Was seen 10 min late, had a 20 min appointment, but was continually interrupted by one of the male solicitors hurrying me up even though i hadent had my 20 min as he had " a client waiting " Even 10 min before I was due to leave. Obviously this client was a paying one and they wanted to rush me through my free 20 min which I never got . The solicitor I saw Catherine, was rude , heartless and showed 0 compassion for my case. Citizens Adcuse should not send people here for legal aid. Absolutely appalling attitude and treatment. If your looking at legal aid stsy away from this disgusting solicitors. I made a complaint to CAB. Not sure if they are still on their books. Hopefully not.
