HONEST review about a DISHONEST company, they steal your money, Literally by not providing the service you pay for, in an attempt to hide their COSTLY mistakes they cover with lies and deceit, nearly didn't sell my property due to poor communication, incompetence don't reply to emails or phone calls for weeks - resulting in delays on your property journey. They are curry being investigated by the LAW Society and Legal Ombudsman.
Be especially aware of Complaint Manager Melanie Potts and Andrew Bell Director they demonstrate zero accountability or ownership for their failings - Beware!!!

This firm is truly awful.
They have an online app which never works and is so far behind that the day before our completion it was showing as 40% complete with tasks outstanding that had been resolved months before.
The staff are quite inept. They never phone and only communicate by emails. The problem is the emails are incredibly vague saying things like "Can you sign the form" with no indication as to what form they're referring to.
They bombard you with emails so you have so many email trains you don't know what relates to what. Then they start emailing you asking you to chase up various companies and agencies to get all the information that you're paying them to get.
They are incredibly impersonal, very unhelpful, relentlessly vague and you never know where you stand or what's going on.
