I regret the day that this firm of solicitors was recommended to me for assistance with a property purchase. They were uncaring, inefficient and glacially slow. A simple purchase with no chain and no mortgage took the three months to complete. There were several changes in personnel dealing with the case, (of which, I was not informed).I sent 18 emails just chasing them for action and numerous phone calls none of which was answered. i finally managed to speak to the solicitor handling the case and she seemed taken aback by my annoyance but still refused to give me any time line for completion.
Please for your own sanity don't use these solicitors, only recommend them to your worse enemy.

Ben Davey and his team (special thanks to Jessica, Summer and Linda) worked tirelessly to ensure the best outcome for myself. Ben would always ensure I was kept in the loop and would explain litigation to me. Throughout the case I was made to feel at ease and it was relatively stress free. I would have given minus five if there was an option. Terribly bad service. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else even if Dean Wilson is the last option. They will try to take as much money as they can from you and don’t bother about the service. Then they will ask for more money from you.
