I dealt with this firm in regards of a property purchase. I took us 10 months to complete the process.
HB was very slow on acting and without initiative. We dealt and negotiated
with the sellers parties from the beginning of the property sale until the completion date!
The communication was very poor but promptly demanding money.
I suggest to check your documents as we had spotted accuracy errors and invoices as they may be incorrect too.
Pricey purchase service, careless customer service and poor communication.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am planning to move to the UK, friends were negotiating the purchase of an apartment through this company. For 4 months this, excuse the expression, company, was leading me by the nose. As a result, the deal is on the verge of collapse. I would especially like to note the disregard on the part of James Fletcher. One of the worst lawyers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you want your deal to be completed successfully, never, I repeat, never contact this company. I have never encountered a greater disappointment.
