I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Vital Ruwala on a sensitive and complex employment matter, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Took 2.5k to literally fill in an et1 form. Was very ambiguous about his fees especially regarding stage 2 before we took on the claim but ensured it wouldnt be much more than stage 1. Was extremely optimistic about claim then started to down play potential settlement when it was decided we wouldnt go with him suggesting 60k settlement which from further research is unlikely considering the firm i am claiming against is small (its a tactic by legal firms to ensure you use their services in negotiations and pay more). Second stage fees are close to 15k. I wouldnt recommend this firm or Vital at all. BOTTOM LINE, THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY. Please do your due diliigence as these firms want to squeeze out fees from you

I had a very disappointing experience with ELS. I engaged their services expecting professional legal advice and proactive negotiation, but neither was delivered. Despite paying a significant fee, there was little effort to negotiate a settlement, and the correspondence exchanged could have been handled by a trainee rather than a solicitor or director.
I strongly feel that ELS prioritises fees over client care. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking genuine legal support and negotiation expertise.
Hope they revise the way of providing service and matter the clients rather than the money!!!

Contacted ELS Solicitors for help reviewing my settlement agreement, Vital insisted on meeting in person which was really helpful in going through my case throughly and planning next steps. With Vital's aid, I was able to almost double my tax free settlement! Really took the pressure out of a stressful period.
