Simply dreadful. This firm ignores our emails, telephone calls and letters. We have been in correspondence with them for over a year and they persist in pursuing us for a debt totally unrelated to our organisation.

I would like to say I was pleasantly surprised when I called Flint Bishop today.
When I got a collection letter from them on behalf of British Gas even though British Gas said they were looking into my compliant on March 12 and nothing since that email and then this collection letter I was not hoping for much of use when I located FB's number.
Anyhow the receptionist was friendly and passed me on to Sam to deal with my query about this.
I just want to say that Sam was very helpful and sorted out part of my problem and contacted British Gas to find out what was happening, which I think was British Gas passing on my account as one for collection without having answered my compliant in the 1st place about a bill that went up 2 fold from over 20 years of bills previously.
Anyhow well done to Sam and Flint Bishop.

Myself and my partner have used Flint Bishop twice, both to buy properties and we cannot fault them. We recently had the pleasure of having Sukhy dealing with both the sale of our property and the buying of our new property.
