Avoid Gilson Gray – Terrible Communication & Unprofessional!

As a first-time buyer with no chain, I expected a smooth process, but Gilson Gray has made it unnecessarily stressful. They are completely unresponsive, ignoring my solicitor’s calls and emails, causing frustrating delays with no explanation. Their lack of communication is not just unprofessional—it’s irresponsible. Buying a home is a major life event, and their incompetence is messing with people’s lives. If you want an stress-free experience, avoid them at all costs!
