Highly recommended and good value.
Michael Rees and his conveyancing team provided an excellent service when we purchased and subsequently sold an investment property in the West Country. He set clear expectations relating to both legal and process matters; this made dealings with counter parties much easier. Timelines were honoured. Where an issue arose relating to the title the matter was quickly resolved.

We made the choice to go with G.H solicitors based on previous reviews, we were not disappointed! Our initial meeting with Lauren was very well guided, she took us through a summary of the probate process and advised us on what would be needed to provide a speedy, efficient service. She also gave us approximate timescales to complete and an idea of cost. Throughout, we felt in good hands in that Lauren was doing what was needed to achieve a positive outcome. If we had any questions she would reply fairly promptly and provide us with an update on where she was. We have found in the past that the main issue with solicitors was getting hold of them, this was not the case with Lauren. Overall, a great service from start to finish. We would certainly recommend!

Matt was great from start to finish. He made the process of selling so much easier—having a good conveyancer really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be using Matt and Paige again!

Mathew Taylor was our solicitor. Great customer service. Paige Adams was also very professional and helpful. We were able to move into our new home within three months. Would highly recommend these guys.
