Mathew Taylor was our solicitor. Great customer service. Paige Adams was also very professional and helpful. We were able to move into our new home within three months. Would highly recommend these guys.

My partner and I have bought several properties in previous years but this is the first time we have had a 5 star service from a conveyancing solicitor. Louise Jackman and her team, Carol and Lynne, at the Billericay branch of Gisby Harrison were recommended to us. After a quick response with a competitive quote, we decided to go ahead and instruct Louise. After several months, our initial chain fell through. Louise had kept us apprised of the situation at all times throughout and had a vast knowledge able to advise us and support us through the process. We stayed with Louise for our second attempt because of the level of service we had received. Her and the team ALWAYS answer the phone, ALWAYS tell the truth, will reply to emails almost instantly and most importantly respect your custom and give you the personal service that this intricate process deserves. Although they may not be the cheapest, you certainly pay for what you get. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better, and if we ever go through a house sale/purchase again, I will most definitely use Louise and her team. Thank you for all the support and guidance. We have used Gisby Harrison for a number of house sales over the past few years, as Claire Ennever-Dormer provides an excellent service, ensuring your interests are fully protected and involving other’s in the firm, as required.

In our recent sale, the Commercial Property team needed to be involved and Paul Wilson-Smith provided clear and precise input so matters could progress to timetable.

We will certainly use Claire again in the future.

Recently sold 2 properties and purchased another one. Louise and Carol were great. Always available, quick at coming back and went over and above and managed to do exactly what I asked when I needed to speed things up a bit.
