I recently required notarial services and contacted Greene & Greene this month, having first enquired about their services two years ago, when I was most impressed with their attentiveness, though ended up not requiring any services at that time. I am so glad I returned to them, as they really were a delight to deal with. Both the Notary Public, Selene Holden, and Notary Secretary, Debra Knights, addressed all relevant matters very quickly, such that everything was in place for our notarisation appointment, three days after I called. Highly professional, swift and friendly service throughout.

After having the displeasure of dealing with some less than competent conveyancers in the past, my partner and I somewhat aprehensively instructed Greene & Greene to act for us in the purchase of a paddock for our horse in October 2024.

I have to say, Ellice and James have altered our perception of how solicitors behave.

Ellice was pleasant to deal with, efficient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. The transaction completed ahead of target, on bugdet and with very little stress.

On the day of completion we met the vendor, who took the trouble to comment at how smooth and pain-free the transaction was.

Ellice and James are a credit to the company, and the profession.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.
