Vicky and her team were helpful throughout the process, which was becoming quite stressful due to the stamp duty increase.

Vicky and her team at Halsalls, Greasby are not your usual faceless conveyancers. They are a professional and friendly team guiding you through what is normally quite a stressful time. There is also an open door policy at the office, and this helps with signing documents and some reassurance along the way. Always a warm welcome and I can’t fault them at all. Vicky is also well known and highly regarded by sales progression teams within local estate agents - it’s all good at Halsalls, Greasby👍🏽

We used Halsall A & Co for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and they were brilliant from start to finish. The whole process only took about 11 weeks, which we know is pretty speedy for doing both at once. They were always quick to respond to our emails.

With a baby on the way, what could have been a very stressful process felt surprisingly smooth.
