After a long drawn out year fighting Worcestershire constabulary’s ticketing office , thanks to Gary , we finally had the case resolved to our satisfaction, with a total exoneration , Gary was amazing, extremely professional and helped me feel at ease , he and the magistrates saw that I acted in a professional manner , it’s a shame that I had to endure the past year with stress and worry , due to the ticketing office for not looking at the video and photographic evidence that was clearly there , thankyou gary for all your help and support , would not hesitate in recommending Hamer Childs and Gary Harper

Gary Harper from Hamer Childs represented me for my potential totting up driving ban. Gary was fantastic from start to finish and suggested going down the route of exceptional hardship that would be caused on my employees and family if I were to lose my licence. Gary put the case together and ran through the case in front of the judges in my hearing and they accepted that exceptional hardship would be caused on my employees resulting in a fine and the penalty points but me keeping my licence and being able to drive freely, which was the best result possible in this case.
