I met Mohsin by chance while traveling, and we had a great conversation during which I learned about his line of work. At the time, I was searching for my first home, and based on our meeting alone, I decided to go with Hawkins—and it turned out to be the right choice.

Our first property deal fell through, but despite the lengthy process, both the firm and the team remained fair and reassuring regarding charges. When we found another property, Rafka became our main point of contact. She handled all the searches and paperwork efficiently, meeting our required timelines with an excellent standard of service.

Although delays on the other side meant the process took longer than expected, we were always a step ahead, ready to move forward as soon as needed. The team was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding, especially during moments of anxiety, providing guidance and reassurance every step of the way.

As a first-time buyer using Shariah-compliant financing via StrideUp, I chose Hawkins Law to manage the legal side of my purchase, and I was pleased with the experience. Hawkins Law is well-versed in handling property transactions with this type of financing, which made the process smoother from start to finish.

The whole process took six months, which was a good turnaround time. There were no major issues or complications, and the team was always responsive when I reached out. One small area for improvement would be that I found myself asking for updates, rather than receiving them proactively. That being said, I always received an update when requested, and as mentioned the team (Muhammed in particular) was always responsive and helpful.

Overall, the process and experience was efficient, and I was happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend their services for a smooth, hassle-free experience
