Regarding conveyancing matter. Took 7 months, I’m not entirely sure why as no chain either side. Unsatisfactory communication throughout. As a first time buyer, I wasn’t made to feel informed throughout the process. Also, the extra fees added on top of the initial quote given was a kick in the teeth. Whilst I appreciate Hannah’s and Rachel’s patience with me, and I’m happy now to be a homeowner, I do wish the process would have been quicker or at least have been informed of the delays. I will in future house purchases be choosing a different solicitor though.
