We’ve said before - as landlords with multiple properties and working in real estate investment - that this law firm, and Ann Hines in particular, is difficult to beat for conveyancing. This means in depth knowledge of the process and every little nuance, from protected trees to the idiosyncrasies of local planning departments; open and responsive communications when things are fine and when there are problems; and genuinely acting in clients’ best interests. What else do you need in any property transaction, whether as a landlord or, in our most recent case, selling and purchasing our family home…?
