Ann Hines was fantastic. We made clear that our priority was sale by a certain date, and she made that her priority too. She worked as quickly as possible, actioning things as soon as the ball was in. her court, never compromising quality. She was always available to pick up the phone to when needed.

Chantelle was appointed to deal with my lease extension. She was very supportive throughout the entire process of the lease extension and she was communicating with me clearly at every stage of the process. These are just a few words to describe our experience with Ann Hines.
We recently sold our old home and purchased a new one, and appointed Ann Hines as our conveyancing solicitor.
We are so pleased we did! Ann was great with prompt communications and explained things to us, especially helpful as we had been out of the loop for nearly 25 years!. Ann was particularly tenacious when dealing with the vendors solicitors, who, could at times, be quite difficult.
