Irwin Mitchell impressed with their professionalism from the moment they answered the telephone. I had previously approached 4 local firms, but each one had messed up their introduction in a variety of simple ways that had undermined my confidence in them.
So it was with some relief that when I spoke to Ele, a very personable trainee solicitor, she took copious notes about my situation before recommending a fixed fee meeting with her senior, Bella Newton.
