Absolutely excellent. We required an expedited service on our sale/purchase and for a very reasonable additional fee, the required timeline was met. Excellent service. Would highly recommend and will use again.

We found Jpl to be exactly what we wanted from our solicitors, they were quick to respond to our queries, made the process simple and hassle free.
All fees were clearly laid out, reasonable and payments made to JPL were easy to make and check upon.
As first time buyers there were a lot of unknowns to us heading through this process but Oliver was happy to clarify what we didn't know and to keep us informed. He also was able to ask the questions we would want answers to on our behalf which helped in settling a historic right of access issue.
We had used another Newtown based solicitors previously for a purchase that fell through, with them unable to identify that planned pylons running through the garden might be noteworthy to us and attempting to bill us for searches that they couldn't provide results for.
The experience with JPL was the exact opposite, professional and honest. We'd highly recommend and would definitely use again.

absolutely brilliant.

I was recommended Oliver Joseph by the estate agents and he certainly lived up to his good name. The communication was brilliant. My emails were answered straight away, he was there to answer any questions i had on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend him enough.
