We are a couple with two kids who moved to the UK a few years ago into a rented house and then purchased a house and needed solicitors for conveyancing. Our British friend recommended Mrs Sue Oswell from Josiah Hincks (as we were based in the Midlands). Mrs Oswell was extremely professional and despite the fact that many things went complicated with the purchase, she/Josiah Hincks was the only party in the process that was simple and to the full satisfaction. She navigated us throughout very stressful times and was quick and diligent in her work, so that, in the end, we managed to finalise the process and moved into a new home! Thank you very much.
