I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
"This company is very unprofessional. My injury claim took nearly a year to settle, and I still haven’t received my payment. I’ve called them multiple times, and they keep saying they sent the cheque to their partner company and that I should collect it myself. I’m now looking for an alternative solution to receive my compensation."

Extremely Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend

I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from Kaizen Law Solicitors. I expected a professional approach, but instead experienced poor communication, with long gaps between responses, and when I did get a reply, it lacked the clarity and professionalism I would expect from a law firm.

My case( being involved in a car accident
non faulty one) handling legal advice, client understands were poor, and I felt like my case was not a priority for them. They left me in the middle of case taking themselves out the Court record that caused me significant inconvenience and stress. Despite raising my concerns, there was little to no effort to address them.

Overall, my experience with Kaizen Law Solicitors has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and professional legal assistance.

If you want to suffer yourself with heavy stress and anxiety then try this firm, zero communication skills and very unprofessional, they will destroy any case you gave them, I’ve had extremely bad experience with them and my advice is to stay away from them.

I will not recommend this firm as I had terrible experience with them when I gave my husband’s injury claim. They allocated it to trainee solicitor without my permission or consent means it has not dealt with as it should have been. Very poor communication caused lot of stress so not really worth giving 25% of your claim to buy extra stress. I am writing this so it might help someone in deciding before they sign their papers.
