Do not use this company they are totally incompetent and would suggest they give solicitors a bad name . Jane Riley, who is in fact one of the partners of this business is woefully inept at providing the services we were paying for.
We had the painful experience on interreacting with them on a straight forward property purchase , which due to the tardiness of Jane dragged on for months that we nearly lost our mortgage offer and to cap it all she failed to submit our completion and stamp duty payment on time we then had HMRC chasing us for interest and penalty payments .
They are hopeless ! ...avoid at all cost.
