I did notice notice this firm has very good ratings ( which I have no reason to doubt) and which I don't want to unreasonably detract from (and their ratings was one reason I contacted last year under some pressure
to see if they would accept a double instruction). I emailed them and spoke several times to the charming office manager who assured me that the fee earner ( that I don't need to name ) would come back to me, provide a quote etc. He never did and I ended up with a another firm who were terrible...I still dream of what might have been..

Keith and Andrea are the conveyancing dream team who have provided pragmatic guidance on both our sale and onwards purchases. Including some tricky situations involving rights of access and subsidence. Also, highly responsive and can drive a deal forward if there is time pressure. Recommended without reservation.

She was able gently but firmly to encourage the other parties in the transactions to move quickly towards completion, and we would certainly use her services again, and recommend her to others.
