I have used this firm for many years and recently used new services. It has been a very difficult time and the matters haven't been straight-forward, but each person at all levels of the company was professional, compassionate and did what they said they would do (or rectified any misunderstandings swiftly). I found each Solicitor I have dealt with to be approachable, clear in their advice and available to speak to, or returned my calls within reasonable timescales (and sometimes above and beyond what I would have expected). They reassured and calmly guided me, step by step, through to successful outcomes. I'm very grateful and will be sticking with them should the need arise in the future.
