A star to many. I was provided this complany through insurance and they shoud cut ties with this company. I have had to do all the work on my case alone due to time limitations to apply for cases and response etc. While for months I don't know what they did, but in the end they didn't take my case but would for about £14,000 which says to me it's just about greed and money. Massive waste of time, now I have to start the search all over again while preparing to represent myself incase I don't find anyone in time.
Communication is poor and I don't even think they bothered to look at my evidence.

Extremely poor customer service , very slow and not proactive in my view. Would strongly say to AVOID these people as they just seem totally uninterested when its an insurance case claim. Might as well ask the cat to do it. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest star you can give as would have given 0 stars if I could .

Still dealing with this firm not for much longer my insurance company passed me to this firm despite showing many photos of heavyweight boxes that crashed through my fence during storms twice shattering re enforced concrete posts they said wear and tear they would get lower than the 1 star from me

Poor experience . Accident in August 2022. Non fault accident myself , my wife and my child were hit from behind .

Non responsive to the online portal
Non responsive to phone calls
Poor customer service and the staff i did manage to speak to just didn’t care !!
Stay clear and go with a company that values their customers.
Feb 2025 , i decided to close my case as i was wasting my time .Company don’t have a fight in them to win a case . Lyon’s Davidson couldn’t care less we have withdrawn our claim .
