Lyons Davidson were the solicitors provided by my insurance company to assist with employment and personal injury queries. Extremely slow in reply with unhelpful responses. Wasted time waiting on them. Wouldn’t recommend

Amazing customer support. Me being a very anxious customer throughout the whole experience (and I mean from day one) I was always made to feel supported and looked after (even through out the many many phone calls I made, asking what’s this or what do this mean) I was always reassured and my mind put at ease. A star to many. I was provided this complany through insurance and they shoud cut ties with this company. I have had to do all the work on my case alone due to time limitations to apply for cases and response etc. While for months I don't know what they did, but in the end they didn't take my case but would for about £14,000 which says to me it's just about greed and money. Massive waste of time, now I have to start the search all over again while preparing to represent myself incase I don't find anyone in time.
Communication is poor and I don't even think they bothered to look at my evidence.

Extremely poor customer service , very slow and not proactive in my view. Would strongly say to AVOID these people as they just seem totally uninterested when its an insurance case claim. Might as well ask the cat to do it. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest star you can give as would have given 0 stars if I could .
