We have used Mark at Martyn Prowel for all of our conveyancing needs for over 10 years now. In fact, we would not use anyone else. His service has been exemplary throughout, managing 2 sales and 3 purchases of ours. The latest purchase was a complex matter, spanning over a year. Mark completely relived any stress that we would feel, putting our mind at ease and allowing us to have complete confidence that our best interests were being taken care of. His communication is, and always has been, second to none. Our phone calls and emails were always answered or returned within a timely manner and not once did we need to chase for replies. We cannot thank Mark enough for his tireless efforts during this latest transaction, for his ability to manage our expectations and for his clear guidance. Elise Stark has helped me and my partner massively. Moving into our first home was so daunting. But having Elise with us she is so clear with what happens and what we need to do and not worry about.
