I had the pleasure of being represented by Jermaine from Meade Law Solicitors, relating to a road traffic accident that occurred many years ago. Right from the start, it was very professional and very informative as to the complications with my case. Having Jermaine by my side gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. Jermaine simplified the whole process and made every step and obstacle something that I would overcome With him by my side.

Meade Law is one the worst companies I have ever worked with. They would constantly talk to you about staying late such as an hour or two, unpaid may I add. Once I left at my scheduled end time at 5:30 PM to go visit my dad in the hospital. They called me into a meeting the next day, and the owner started berating me about my commitment to the company, and how I am not dedicated at all. If you don’t believe me that they will actually do this, check on Indeed reviews. They really will.

The environment felt heavily monitored, with cameras throughout the office, calling out any little thing you do such as pull out your phone for 1 second. If you’re an adult, you know you can get an important message at any time regarding a family member, but this company was very strict about even touching your phone for a second.

When I left, there were some challenges around receiving my final pay, even though I was working a new job and only had a short amount of time, they said you either come in by Wednesday (a few days), or you will not get your pay.

Usman (one of the management but not a solicitor) was extremely difficult to work with. He would come in late, and call his friends all day, but they would complain if you pulled out your phone to message a family member.

On a positive note, I did encounter one colleague, Yassin, who was kind and respectful, which I appreciated. Overall, though, it wasn’t a good fit for me, and I’m currently addressing some concerns through a formal complaint.

Avoid!
When considering legal representation, it's crucial to choose a solicitor who is transparent and fair in their dealings. Unfortunately, my experience with Jermaine Tyrone Strong, Razina Patel, and Aqib Shafiq has been far from satisfactory.

I was deeply disappointed to find that while my vehicle damage claim was assessed at £1,914.02, I received only £350, an outcome that feels unjust and misleading.
The lack of communication and clarity regarding fees and payouts left me feeling taken advantage of. It's frustrating to trust professionals with such important matters, only to realise that they may prioritise their financial gain over their clients' best interests.

I am currently in the process of lodging a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman, as I believe that the service I received did not meet the standards expected from legal professionals.
I feel compelled to warn others about my negative experience, as it’s essential to choose legal representatives carefully.
I hope that my experience raises awareness and encourages others to thoroughly research solicitors before entering into an agreement.
