Leah in the property team was excellent when we sold our house.

Dear readers, it is without hesitation that I strongly recommend ‘Monarch Solicitors’. They immediately stood out from other firms with their initial interest at the very first contact point, prompt follow up with a paralegal & genuine interest in my case. This was established with a free ‘no-obligation’ call in which the solicitor gave her time without rushing the prospective client. The service was sophisticated & professional whilst also being friendly and approachable. I didn’t feel alienated. The discussion leaves you feeling relevant and that your concerns matter.
The experience from that initial enquiry alone was exceptional. The level & quality of input was consistently maintained. I was updated & consulted every step of the way. What struck me most was the time the paralegal ‘Caitlin’ dedicated to her client which clearly demonstrated that the cost was more than accounted for and justified. When I approved the drafts in question it would have been easy & reasonable to send them out as they stood yet this firm took the time to give more of theirs - that nothing was missed & that is what sets them aside from the masses. I felt like I was talking to real human beings as an equal but at the same time extremely experienced experts in their field. Not only was the service a success in its own right though also the outcome was what they had set out to achieve for me.
