My case was handled by Carrie and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. She would take the time to explain any legal processes to me so I fully understood what was happening during the case. The case went to court and she made sure everything was prepared for me so I just had to turn up on the day.

False advertisement. On their website it says they do no win no fee. When you call them they give you an excuse and say “we don’t anymore, we’re at full capacity” we’ll update your online advertising instead of false advertising. What does that mean even, full capacity?
