Never been in this kind of situation before, so having officers at my door asking to speak with me about something terrified me, had no idea what to do where to go until I had a family relative pass my Murray Solicitors, as soon as I rang straight away Scott answered the phone, didn’t start asking about fees he instantly provided me with information that other solicitors would charge for, they genuinely care for your future, as soon as I explained that I have no idea what I’m doing what’s happening or why they want to interview me, Scot asked no questions and put my mind at rest straight away, even though I was still worried about what was going on, this will for ever be my solicitors, Steve saved my life today, I met him outside the station and straight away he meant business, not only did get advice me he explained everything what the police will say and the meaning behind it, I left the station crying, I hugged the guy, he really saved me and I trust my life with Steve, I hope I got the name correctly as I was filled with fear and panic, I was just not in the right mind frame, but I honour him and at the end of it he made a little joke and made me smile even though I was torn apart with the information I was I given by the police, Steve deserves to be promoted, Scott promote the man! But on a serious note, You guys don’t understand how much you have impacted my life and saved my future. I hope not to need a solicitor again, but i will forever refer anyone to there and I will always come back if I need any help

Fantastic. I couldn't thank Elisha more. Consistent, understanding, works hard and is very supportive. If I ever need advice or someone to represent me in the future. I will always use Murray solicitors.

I was recommended Ian Clarke from a family friend therefore I contacted Murrays solicitors and decided to use their service. I was quite disappointed and would not use again. First off someone else was assigned to my case although the only reason I used them was for Mr Clarke to represent me. The two main reasons I would never use or recommend to a friend:

1)They failed to show up to a court date that we had discussed 2 weeks beforehand. I contacted the firm and they initially said they thought I was answering bail. Then Scott told me a family emergency had occurred which resulted in them not attending.

2) I was contacted by the firm and told both charges against myself had been dropped , yet when I spoke to the police officer in charge of my case she told me only one charge had been dropped

I lost confidence when they failed to turn up for my court date. The court date was rearranged because no one had shown up to represent me. When choosing someone to represent you in a situation where the consequences are quite high (career loss, prison sentence, losing mortgage), having trust and confidence is crucial - I had no trust nor confidence in Murrays.

Just to address your points:
1) My initial email specified Ian Clarke but you never mentioned he would not be available - you only mention this now.

2) I sent a detailed email with all my information for legal aid for which your team acknowledged they had received this - I was never made aware that this lacked sufficient information?

3) I attended your offices weeks before my court date. We discussed my court hearing in length and your team reassured me someone would be there on the day to assist me. I understand family emergencies happen but surely you would have sent someone else to support me during my stressful court date. The Magistrates were very disappointed and refused to undergo the hearing as my legal representatives failed to attend.

4) I appreciate you did all you could to advise me on the day of my court hearing - yet this doesn't excuse the fact you failed to attend my court date knowing full well the date and time as discussed weeks before. Maybe taking responsibility for a mistake on your end would be admirable.

5) I think on balance my case was dropped due to lack of evidence as opposed to your influence on the case
