Be very careful with them. The service is very poor and incompetent. Lack of any reasonable communication, management , and dishonesty are what I'd experienced.

Im appalled at this company. Last year before my annual renewal I was refused advice and assistance even though I had paid for their services in advance. Because of this I refused to renew and pay their invoice, now they are threatening me with legal action for being in a 3 year contract even though they refused their services at the end of the second year.
Avoid this company, they are not trading fairly or honestly.

As a business I recently asked Neathouse to update and produce a new supplier contract for us

The service from start to finish was excellent, and every step was explained to me in terms i understood, rather than legal jargon.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services in the future.

Just like Harmohan I signed for a fixed period after which they attempted to hold me to ransom for an extra year
They even issued proceedings only to withdraw when they realised they didn’t have a leg to stand on
