My experience with PCB Law Firm was one of the most painful and damaging ordeals I’ve ever been through. I approached the firm for help after a bailiff secretly delivered a CRAR Act letter to my closed premises during the COVID-19 lockdown — a letter with no sender address or visible date. This letter was based on one vague email from a third party falsely claiming I hadn’t paid rent for 360 days. The bailiff took no steps to verify the legal status of that person or whether CRAR was even legally applicable.

Instead of representing my side, PCB Law simply adopted the bailiff’s narrative. They ignored all the evidence and information I gave them, refused to take my timeline or side of the story, and treated me as if I had no voice in my own case. They accepted the bailiff’s claim that the letter had been lawfully delivered, even though it was secretly placed inside a locked property during lockdown — a fact I only discovered via CCTV.

When I tried to explain the legal mistakes and that I never owed the money claimed, I was dismissed. I trusted my lawyer, only to later realize that he had simply copied and accepted the bailiff’s false witness statement. When I pointed this out, PCB Law dropped my case — and brought in someone they claimed was an “independent reviewer,” who then upheld their version of events without properly considering my evidence. That "independent" reviewer also ignored the fact that my lawyer had blamed me, misrepresented my words, and even implied that I didn’t understand English, which was deeply humiliating.

This has now become a five-year nightmare. My business, my mental health, and my financial stability have been devastated. The UK legal system — including courts, ombudsmen, and judicial review — has treated me like I don’t exist. All of this began with a baseless email and a bailiff's illegal action, and was then supported by a law firm that chose to silence and blame the client rather than investigate the truth.

PCB Law’s treatment of me was negligent, damaging, and professionally irresponsible. I am taking my case to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, because in the UK I was silenced and abandoned.

To anyone considering PCB Law Firm: Please understand how unprofessional and dangerous it is to be represented by people who take thousands of pounds and then treat you like you're the problem, just to protect themselves. I was swallowed, digested, and spit out — all because I trusted the wrong firm.

Poor service, wasted money, had to really chase them to do their job (eg retrieving letters etc)

The worst part was an unexpected and previously unannounced “surcharge” they added on the end. I contested it and they removed it, but really unethical behaviour by them. Fees should be clear and transparent up front.

Plenty of solicitors in London so I’d give these guys a miss.
