PCB lawyer builds the case on the defendant's timeline. The case was only a few pages. The lawyer's complaint case was very weak. But please see below how many hours it took to build this case. The lawyer is not allowed to provide for the client why are the clients claiming damages? Not allowed even to discuss it because he already knows everything from the defendant's side story. When made a complaint lawyer just answered he wasn't instructed. So for what was charged all these hours? This is very unprofessional discrasfull behaviour with the client. I would advise everyone to be careful with this law firm.
To add more. The lawyer who took the case Patrick Lally does not understand what is the meaning of leaseholder and how this affects the CRAR act. I request the law firm to provide a detailed explanation of what I was charged. The PCB law firm replied they don't need to do that. Was charged per unit. What was included in the unit it shouldn't be my business. I agreed to pay the price. So what I understand is I signed a contract to pay per hour but I was charged per case. PCB law firm charged a huge amount of money and dropped the case but not thinking to refund the money. The reason why dropped. Explained because I lost trust in my lawyer. So messed up my case, took the money and escaped? If the lawyer will talk to me and provide an explanation of why I am not right. I will understand. But he cut me off. Not thinking maybe I entitle to an explanation after how much I paid.
My advice dear lawyers because now involved a few lawyers from this firm. Go back to revise the law - the meaning of the leaseholder. I sent a link to the explanation of leaseholder meaning. If you are a professional company that cares about its reputation you will reply to my review. I invited you to discuss this. I sent emails. I am a client who paid you a lot of money I invited you to provide the answers to my suggestions. Also, I didn't get back money for the landlord case which was paid in advance but also dropped.
An update. The law firm threatened if leave a negative review it wi defamation. I didn't get back to remove the review. So I assume is not defamation.
