感恩遇上Perilli & Ho Solicitors ，順利解決問題。當時因租屋，一心打算購買自己房屋，因近心儀學校，選擇了一間較有歷史房屋，慶幸遇上何律師，給予專業意見，最終放棄了。直到物色到現時房屋，但剩下2-3個月時間便租約期滿，因為時間緊迫，同何律師溝通後，她的工作十分有效率，同時不斷更新進度，於期限內促成交易。
