Abigail Mann from Photiades acted for us for both our house sale and leasehold flat purchase. Both were completed within two months (one after the other), which was amazingly quick, particularly for the flat purchase. Abigail was efficient and thorough, ensuring all times that we were aware of choices that needed to be made, and where necessary the risks involved in any options we were considering. Abigail is risk averse, which is exactly what is needed, but also understands and guides appropriately where a trade-off needs to be made. I recommend her without reserve.
