I dealt with Warren Kaye in the Manchester firm for my sale and purchase. Warren was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and was persistent with both my buyers and sellers when needed. He was great at keeping me updated and handling everything required very swiftly and professionally with a personal touch. This was my first time purchasing a flat and I am so happy I chose Prosperity Law LLP to go on this journey with me. Warren was really brilliant at his job in addition to being kind and patient. I am relieved that we decided to switch to Prosperity Law, after being frustrated with the poor service we received from our previous solicitor. An 8-week window to completion is like gold dust these days, and was only possible because of Warren’s proactiveness and attentiveness: he is there fielding calls from start of business every day; a significant portion of the documents were with us to sign within mere hours of his taking on our case; documents were always spot on, with no typos; and our searches were returned to us within two weeks. The one week that he took annual leave, there was still a team of competent solicitors who stepped up and didn't pass the responsibility to someone else.
