Was referred to them by another solicitors. Receptionist very friendly. Called Wednesday first thing for a quote. Told would get a call that day. Nobody called.

Called again Thursday. Receptionist apologised. Tried to connect me. Said person I needed to speak to was going into a meeting and would call later that day. Now a week later and still no call.

If thats the service new customers get trying to get a quote, can’t imagine they are on the ball once you have agreed a price.

Went elsewhere.
