DO NOT USE. They NEVER pick up the phone, take 3-4 weeks to reply to emails, loose evidence, NEVER follow instructions and add ZERO value to your case. Incompetence at this level is highly suspicious. I do not think they are honest.

Terrible service from them, don't use them, they will scam you and provide you with false information, they lied to me about contacting the court, stolen my money off me. Misleading, won't not recommend their service. Mackrell solicitors gave me their details but it just a big lie they telling people to give them some hopes and dreams that they will assist you but they never will and just take your money and then ignore you if your lucky they even blocked my number.
Probably all there awards and accommodations are lies and just gimmicks to draw you In.
