SRB were engaged by my elderly parents to prepare probate for my dad’s brother. After 14 months we questioned where they were at with the process and they had changed the name on the property. My dad had been emailing for updates throughout the year. With vague or no responses.
We have now engaged a different firm who expect to have probate prepared in 8 weeks.
Stick to conveyancing! I would not recommend this firm for anything more complicated than selling houses.
