Having been burned by trying to buy and sell a house using a conveyancing firm with bad service in the past, it was a pleasure to deal with Sweeney Miller and see what difference a proper service makes to the process. Calls and emails were always replied to promptly. We were sent emails with every update on progress. A few different staff handled our case and it was all seamless, everyone was quick, pleasant and responsive. Thank you all. Would recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Kierra from Sweeney Miller who helped us purchase our first home.

Kierra was a pleasure to deal with, was very knowledgeable and was excellent at keeping us up to date throughout the process. If you’re purchasing a home, we couldn’t recommend Kierra and Sweeney Miller enough.

Good, honest firm. It was my first experience with a solicitors. I had heard horror stories about it, and even the ones that weren't negative were expressing a lot of stress, but my experience using Sweeney Miller was totally stress-free. It was a pleasure to deal with Sweeney Miller.

Sweeney Miller recently did the conveyancing on my sale and purchase.
Communication was ok, but could have been swifter. I found out from the estate agent for the house I was buying that we had exchanged, and then completed some time before Sweeney Miller told me.
The app was reasonably pointless. It was never up to date on the stage of the process and everything was done over email anyway.
I'd asked to use Docusign but was sent everything to print out, sign and post back. Surely in 2024 there are better ways of handling signing of documents.
