They don’t have a way to contact them phone number redirect you to email but they don’t give email address.

Got them to send a letter before action and the client paid next day. It's certainly worth having the clout of a lawyers letter.

I am a client of TH and I've sent 3 emails today about a claim you're handling for me where you've overcharged me £100 for costs - you're claiming on the form against our defendant £80 for costs and yet you've charged me £180. 3 emails from me, where I clearly ask for an explanation has resulted in you replying and in not one email have you actually answered why you've overcharged me/or underclaimed on my behalf. A simple answer would be very much appreciated. I wonder why you no longer have a phone number to call - perhaps because your credit control team are over charging your customers and you'd rather we weren't able to ring to follow up. I'll be making a claim against you shortly if you dont sort this out by noon Monday. How dis=gusting that i have to resort to google reviews to be able to effectively communicate with you.

Happy to send a 7 day letter for a random amount without any evidence of an invoice or statement that ties to that amount. No contact telephone number. No email address. Only a website form. But happy to threaten court action. Clearly a low-value add service that is just used to make threats with little thought involved.
