I would highly recommend using THP Solicitors for any legal assistance you may require, especially when it comes to buying your first house, like it was in our case. They are friendly, efficient, and always 'on the ball'.

We originally dealt with Denise who unfortunately left halfway through the process, who was brilliant to deal with and when Sara took our case over, she was also brilliant. This shows me that the company is well organised and gave us confidence we were in good hands. The rest of the team at THP were also a pleasure to deal with.

Asked for The Certification Service as shown on THP website but was told it was only for existing clients. Not very clear. Not very impressed and will go elsewhere.

We approached the THP following a terrible experience with another firm and were naturally a little apprehensive. From start to finish Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She was very patient, she remained in regular contact often explaining things in simple terms and she resolved our matter in super quick time. We can’t recommend Michelle or the wider THP team enough. They’re a team of professionals that really do genuinely care about their clients which appears to be relatively unusual these days.
